“Running Girl” gives you a workout program for running.
When starting a running trip “Running Girl” plays songs from you exercise playlists.
When you must run (according to the workout program) the playlist called “Run” is played, then when you are to change speed to walking, the playlist is changed to the “Walk” playlist.
The music changes automatically and starts approximately where it stopped at the previously running speed change. the coach voice will say “Run” or “Walk” depending of the speed you are about to change to!
The free version there is available at the “app store” have a 12 week workout plan, with 3 trips a week. enabling you to run at least 4 miles without break! if you follow the workout plan.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
